This policy explains what EasyLaoCV collects, how it is used and how you stay in control of your data.
1. What we collect
Your name, email and phone number (if provided) for your account, the details and photo in the CVs you create, payment slip images and general usage data (such as pages visited).
2. How we use it
To provide the CV builder, verify payments, send essential emails (such as password resets) and improve the service. We never sell your data.
3. Storage and security
Photos, slips and PDFs are stored privately and can only be opened by you and the admins who verify payments. Passwords are stored hashed.
4. Cookies and analytics
We use cookies to keep you signed in and remember your language. We may use Google Analytics and Meta Pixel to measure usage without sending your name or email.
5. Your rights
You can edit or delete your CVs at any time. To delete your account and all data, contact us.
